Debra Djupman Warring

Biography

Debra Warring is an accomplished attorney with 10 years of civil litigation experience. 

She is skilled in independently handling all facets of the litigation process and is experienced representing mortgage servicers, banks, and other financial institutions in federal and state court matters.

As a member of Blank Rome’s consumer financial services team, Debra counsels her clients on a variety of consumer finance litigation matters, including disputes under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA and FDCPA, TCPA, state law UDAP claims, and a variety of common law claims.

Prior to joining Blank Rome, Debra practiced for several years at a large Philadelphia law firm where she litigated consumer financial services claims, contract disputes, business torts, and product liability matters.

During law school, Debra served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Clifford Scott Green of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and was a staff member of the Temple Law Review
