David M. Wilson


David Wilson concentrates his practice on patent law, with an emphasis on domestic and international patent preparation and prosecution.

David has experience in preparing and prosecuting patents in various fields of the electrical and mechanical arts, including:

  • Computer systems and software, including cloud computing and machine learning
  • Telecommunications systems
  • Semiconductors
  • Signal processing
  • Downhole tools
  • Flow measurement systems
  • Medical devices
  • Optical sensors and telemetry
  • Electromechanical systems

His practice also includes drafting legal opinions and providing client counseling with regard to intellectual property law.

Additionally, he has extensive experience in engineering data acquisition systems for the seismic exploration industry, and was previously granted several patents for systems and methods related to seismic systems.
