David G. Rodriguez

Biography

David G. Rodriguez focuses his practice on a wide range of traditional labor law matters, serving as a strategic partner to national and regional businesses. He represents employers in collective bargaining, labor law counseling, arbitrations, and in investigations and litigation before the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”). David advises clients across a variety of industries, including transportation, entertainment, healthcare, utilities, and retail.

David has a wealth of experience prosecuting priority charges involving secondary picketing and boycott activities. He has represented contractors in the construction industry dealing with blocking, trespassing, and other aggressive and unlawful tactics used by some labor organizations to advance their position in labor disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, David spent nearly 15 years with the NLRB’s regional office in Philadelphia. In that role, he investigated and prosecuted unfair labor practice charges, conducted representation and decertification elections, negotiated settlements in complex cases, and secured labor injunctions under Section 10(j) of the National Labor Relations Act.

Outside the Firm

In his free time, David enjoys collecting, servicing, and repairing manual typewriters.
