Biography
Daniel O’Connor focuses his practice on a wide range of corporate matters.
Daniel previously served as a summer associate at Blank Rome. While in law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Charles Cunningham III at the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division and as a co-op intern with another law firm, aiding in a variety of pro bono matters. He also served as an associate editor for the Drexel Law Review.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel served as a minority inspector of elections in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
Outside the Firm
Daniel enjoys cheering on Philadelphia and Villanova sports teams, going to the movies, and learning about history.
