Daniel E. Oberdick Jr.

Biography

Daniel Oberdick helps clients advance their business interests through litigation. He has significant experience representing industry leading companies in:

  • commercial and corporate disputes
  • intellectual property infringement matters
  • products liability actions
  • regulatory compliance and contract analyses
    has acted as second chair for several major jury trials in Pennsylvania Common Pleas Courts.

Daniel has also been published in various academic journals, including the Journal of Biological Chemistry and the Temple Journal of Science, Technology and Environmental Law.

While earning his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, Daniel was a Conwell Fellow and served as a staff editor for the Temple Journal of Science, Technology and Environmental Law. He earned his B.S. in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry, from the University of Pittsburgh, where he served as the head electrophysiological researcher in the Cell Biology Laboratory for the Department of Biological Sciences.
