Biography
Craig N. Haring concentrates his practice on a wide range of general litigation matters, including:
- breach of contract
- shareholder disputes
- merger and acquisition litigation
- breach of fiduciary duty
- corporate governance claims
He is also experienced in motion practice and written discovery.
Craig represents clients in both state and federal courts, particularly Delaware Court of Chancery, Delaware Superior Court, and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, as well California state courts.
During law school, Craig served as a staff editor for the Washington and Lee Law Review, and a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society, and the Advanced Administrative Litigation Clinic (Black Lung).
Craig has served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John A. Parkins, Jr. of the Superior Court of Delaware, intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Southern District of California, and extern for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Western District of Tennessee.
