Courtney Schrenko concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, and general corporate matters. In addition, she has experience in legal issues relevant to the registration and regulation of investment companies and investment advisers and the representation of independent boards of directors/trustees.
While in law school, Courtney served as an editor for the Albany Government Law Review and worked as a legal intern for a multinational manufacturing company. She is also a recipient of the Pro Bono Society Honors award.
In January 2018, Courtney, along with Blank Rome attorneys Thomas Westle, Michelle Gitlitz, Rustin Paul, and Brandon Einstein, authored a Fund and Investment Management Regulatory Update and Recent SEC Enforcement Actions overview for their clients.
