Collin D. Hart

Collin Hart concentrates his practice on a variety of litigation matters and has experience taking cases from inception through trial and appeal. He represents corporate and individual clients in the following types of matters:

• Mass tort actions and multidistrict litigation (“MDL”);
• Torture Victim Protection Act (“TVPA”) litigation;
• Employment litigation, including employment discrimination claims;
• Toxic exposure litigation, including claims under the Federal Employers Liability Act (“FELA”) and Jones Act;
• Business disputes involving claims for breach of contract, misrepresentation, and other business torts; and
• Litigation involving foreign law claims.

Collin previously served as a law clerk for Blank Rome as well as the Honorable Terry Fox for the Colorado Court of Appeals.

During law school, Collin was the citations editor of the University of Cincinnati Law Review and a legal intern for Colorado Legal Services. Prior to law school, he served as a public finance analyst for a national law firm.
