Christopher J. Wilson

Biography

Christopher J. Wilson is a patent attorney with a strong scientific foundation and extensive experience in intellectual property law, particularly in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. He counsels clients ranging from startups to global companies on patent portfolio strategy, prosecution, and due diligence. Chris has prepared and prosecuted patent applications involving cutting-edge technologies such as CAR T-cell therapies, CRISPR systems, gene writing, neural and metabolic therapeutics, antibodies, and epigenetic modulation. He has worked with both U.S. and international patent offices and frequently serves as the lead contact during application drafting and prosecution. His background includes conducting Freedom to Operate, patentability, and competitive landscape analyses, as well as supporting IP due diligence for transactions and portfolio development.

While in law school, Chris served as a patent technical specialist at a multinational corporation law firm.

Prior to attending law school, Chris served as a technology specialist at two intellectual property law firms.
