Christina M. Preminger


Christina Preminger focuses her practice on commercial real estate finance, representing investment and commercial banks, real estate investment trusts, private equity funds, insurance companies, and other financial institutions as lenders in the structuring and origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans secured by various types of real estate that are either sold by such lenders or sold into the capital markets.

Christina also has experience representing real estate developers and hotels in both transaction and litigation matters.

During law school, Christina served as an articles editor of the Brooklyn Law Review and as a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Trial Advocacy Division, Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society, and the Brooklyn Business Law Association.
