Chenxi Jiao

Biography

Chenxi (CC) Jiao has more than 10 years of experience in the financial and regulatory sectors and with cooperative and condominium law. She concentrates her practice on consumer finance litigation matters, representing financial institutions in disputes under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA, FDCPA, state law UDAAP claims, common law claims, and federal class actions. She also represents clients in a broad range of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Blank Rome, CC served as an associate at international and boutique litigation law firms, as an assistant attorney general for the Investor Protection Bureau of the Office of the New York State Attorney General, and as an Alexander Fellow for the Honorable Judge Joseph A. Greenaway, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

CC is fluent in Mandarin. 

Outside the Firm

CC enjoys traveling, baking, reading, and spending time with her three young children.
