Charles Wolfe concentrates his practice in patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret counseling and litigation before U.S. District Courts, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. His experience also includes:
- defending Paragraph IV Hatch-Waxman patent infringement actions for generic pharmaceutical companies
- counseling on patent infringement, validity and enforceability, and related issues
- managing large U.S. and international patent portfolios
- prosecuting patent applications and post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office
Prior to entering private practice, Chuck served as a patent examiner for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Chuck is an avid fisherman and proud grandfather to his four wonderful grandchildren.
