Carolyn Cody-Jones concentrates her practice on government contracts and related complex litigation matters.
She counsels and represents clients in all aspects of dispute resolution related to government contracts, including bid protests, government investigations and related litigation, contract claims and disputes, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, suspension and debarment, and the False Claims Act. Carolyn has litigation experience in federal and state courts, before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals and the Government Accountability Office, and in various alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
Prior to joining Blank Rome, Carolyn practiced with a Washington, D.C., metro area firm specializing in complex civil litigation, including government contracts. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Susan G. Braden of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and for the Honorable John A. Gibney, Jr., of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
