Caroline S. Choi


Caroline Choi concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation matters and white collar investigations. She has experience counseling and representing clients in business and contract disputes, internal corporate compliance investigations, antitrust cases, and U.S. regulatory issues.

Prior to joining the Firm, Caroline was a law clerk to the Honorable Timothy J. Savage of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She also worked as an associate in the commercial litigation group of a large, Philadelphia-based law firm, where she gained additional experience litigating consumer finance and class action lawsuits.

During law school, Caroline was a fellow for the Philadelphia Diversity Law Group and staff member of the Temple Law Review.

Caroline is proficient in Korean and Spanish.

Outside the Firm

Caroline is an avid traveler and self-proclaimed foodie.
