Broocks “Mack” Wilson represents debtors, creditors, officers and directors, investors, and trustees in Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy proceedings and bankruptcy litigation at trial and appellate levels, including on claims related to fraudulent transfer, preference, fraud, and non-dischargeability. Mack also represents debtors, creditors, and purchasers in § 363 sales.
Prior to joining Blank Rome, Mack was an associate for a Houston-based law firm as well as a law clerk to the Hon. Christopher Latham of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California.
During law school, Mack served as an articles editor for the Houston Business & Tax Law Journal. Prior to law school, he was a land analysist for a software company in the oil and gas space.
Outside the Firm
Mack enjoys traveling the United States and has a passion for baseball. He has visited 38 of the 50 states, 39 of the 50 largest cities, and 15 of the 30 active Major League Baseball parks as well as seven former parks.
