Brock J. Seraphin

Biography

Brock Seraphin is an associate in Blank Rome’s Labor & Employment practice group. Brock has successfully defended employers against claims involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation based on a variety of protected statuses including disability, age, gender, race, and national origin. He also represents and counsels employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including employee discipline and terminations. 

During law school, Brock was a note and comment editor of the Loyola Law Review, and judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Philip S. Gutierrez of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Brock served as an adjunct professor of the Pro Se Mediation Clinic at Loyola Law School for the Fall 2018 semester.
