Brian S. Jackson

Biography

Brian Jackson concentrates his practice on a variety of consumer finance litigation matters, including disputes under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA, FDCPA, state law UDAAP claims, and a variety of common law claims. He represents national banks, mortgage lenders, and servicers in all phases of litigation, with a focus on contested foreclosures and lender liability actions.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian served as an attorney and paralegal at numerous Ohio-based law firms where he handled a range of litigation and bankruptcy matters.

Outside the Firm

Brian enjoys backpacking, kayaking, golf, scuba diving, spear fishing, fishing, skeet, and archery.

Professional Activities

Active in his community, Brian is a former board member for the Center for Children & Families, a nonprofit organization providing psychiatric services to children. He also is a former CLE coordinator and secretary for the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Real Property Law Committee.
