Brian Gocial concentrates his practice on all aspects of government contract law in federal, state, and local jurisdictions throughout the United States. Brian’s experience includes: bid protests, contract claims and disputes, cost accounting and audits, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, suspension and debarment, government investigations, and false claims.
In addition to representing government contractors before federal agencies, courts, and boards, Brian has extensive experience with Pennsylvania procurement law, co-authoring the Pennsylvania Government Contract Handbook published by the West division of Thomson Reuters. Brian also drafted the Procurement Policy of Montgomery County—unanimously adopted by County Commissioners—and served as procurement counsel to a Pennsylvania county related to the competitive award of a prison privatization contract.
