Brandon R. Einstein

Biography

Brandon Einstein concentrates his practice on business and corporate matters.

During law school, he served as a notes and comments editor for the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law, where his note “Reading Between the Lines: The Rise of Native Advertising and the FTC's Inability to Regulate It,” was published in 2015. Additionally, Brandon served as the executive secretary of the Intellectual Property Law Association, a clinician for the Brooklyn Law Incubator and Policy Clinic, and a legal intern for Time Warner Cable, Inc.

Brandon contributes to the quarterly issuance of Blank Rome’s “Fund and Investment Management Regulatory Update and Recent SEC Actions” publication.
