Blair concentrates her practice on a wide range of general litigation matters.

Blair previously held roles as judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jaynee LaVecchia of the New Jersey Supreme Court, extern for the Public Interest Law Center, and judicial intern for the Honorable Renee Marie Bumb of the District of New Jersey. Prior to law, Blair was the managing director of Rob Shore & Associates, a music management company.

During law school, Blair served as editor-in-chief of the Rutgers University Law Review, president of the Association for Public Interest Law, a student leader of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Pro Bono Project, and a teaching assistant. Notably, Blair was valedictorian of her graduating class and also received numerous academic and public interest-related awards.
