Beth L. Webb


Beth L. Webb is experienced in all legal aspects of the natural gas industry, including the development, construction, and operation of natural gas pipelines and storage facilities; the negotiation and arbitration of international natural gas purchase and sale agreements; the financing of natural gas facilities; and the regulation of natural gas companies, transactions, and facilities, in the United States and internationally.

Beth’s work extends to the development of liquefied natural gas projects and projects that involve the import and/or export of natural gas in both vapor and liquid form. Her abilities in this area have proven invaluable to clients addressing issues in analogous industries, such as water supply, oil pipelines, and electric generation.

Beth has worked in the natural gas industry for more than 25 years. She has represented interstate natural gas pipelines, pipeline transportation and natural gas customers, natural gas storage projects, and liquefied natural gas projects previously and currently in development.

Professional Activities

Beth served as secretary to the Iroquois Gas Transmission System from 1987 to 1994. She is currently on the Board of Directors of Alberta Northeast Gas, Limited.
