Asia O. Livingstone

Asia O. Livingstone concentrates her practice on a wide range of litigation matters, including complex commercial litigation, insurance recovery, and products liability matters. She represents corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies, across a broad spectrum of industries, guiding them from pre-trial strategy through resolution.

Asia has experience litigating high-stakes commercial disputes involving fraud, civil RICO, breach of contract, trademark infringement, and negligent misrepresentation, and has contributed to significant client recoveries. Asia also represents policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation, including property losses, business interruption, and liability coverage disputes.

Asia is also committed to pro bono work and has represented nonprofit organizations in litigation, including successfully obtaining a permanent injunction on behalf of a local nonprofit. She has been recognized for her work as a Blank Rome Pro Bono Hero.

Asia previously served as a summer associate at Blank Rome. Prior to joining the firm, Asia served as an intern at JAMS, a law clerk at a business law firm in Philadelphia, and a legal investigations intern at a personal injury law firm.

During law school, Asia was a member of the moot court team and participated in clinics with the Temple Legal Aid Office and the Sheller Center for Social Justice.
