Ari Pozez concentrates his practice on corporate, securities and M&A law, with an emphasis on advising emerging companies and their venture capital and private equity investors.
He routinely represents entrepreneurs and emerging companies as their outside general counsel on a variety of matters, from entity formation and corporate governance to financings and M&A exit events. Ari also guides venture capital and private equity funds in new ventures and fund formation.
In addition, Ari assists larger public and private companies in M&A transactions and securities offerings, including representing underwriters and issuers in public equity offerings, and underwriters, issuers, and collateral managers in matters involving the structuring, securitization, and refinancing of collateralized loan obligations.
Ari is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Law Center for Inter-American Free Trade, and he is a member of the Firm’s Blockchain Technology & Digital Currencies group.
Ari contributes to the quarterly issuance of Blank Rome’s “Fund and Investment Management Regulatory Update and Recent SEC Actions” publication.
