Anne M. Donohue

Biography

Anne has more than 20 years of experience serving as lead counsel on government contracts matters, notably advising on corporate transactions; regulatory, compliance, and ethics reporting; governance, legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; and litigation, including bid protests as well as contract and employment-related disputes.

Prior to joining Blank Rome, Anne served as a general counsel, senior vice president, vice president, and member of the CEO leadership team in the capacity of chief legal officer, secretary, or assistant secretary for various professional services and government contracting companies where she advised on and directed all legal matters affecting the companies.

Outside the Firm

Anne enjoys performing pro bono work.
