Anna Svensson concentrates her practice on business litigation matters. Her practice includes:
- litigation on behalf of employers involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, wage claims, and restrictive covenants in federal and state courts, and administrative agencies when applicable
- employment policies and practices
- misappropriation and protection of trade secrets
Anna also has experience advising corporate clients on developing and updating workplace policies and procedures, as well as conducting investigations in response to government inquires and internal complaints.
Outside the Firm
Anna enjoys running (half) marathons, studying contemporary and street dance styles, and trying new restaurants around NYC.
