Anna E. Currier

Anna represents clients in all aspects of corporate and commercial litigation, including breach of fiduciary duty and corporate governance claims, business and contract disputes, and employment matters. Anna has experience handling a wide range of complex business disputes in both state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution. Anna also maintains an active pro bono practice and received a Pro Bono Hero award for her work handling a petition for guardianship hearing and child custody matter in Delaware Family Court.

Prior to joining the firm, Anna served as a deputy attorney general in the civil and criminal divisions of the Delaware Department of Justice where she represented state agencies and employees in civil litigation matters in state and federal court as well as prosecuted felony criminal cases in Delaware Superior Court.

During law school, Anna served as the senior note and comment editor of The American University Business Law Review and was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
