Biography
Andrew Schrag concentrates his practice on complex corporate litigation matters. He has litigated and tried high-stakes cases in state and federal courts nationwide, and handles disputes involving a broad range of practice areas, including commercial finance, trade secret, contract, antitrust, tort, class action, employment, and regulatory disputes.
In addition, Andy has designed and conducted internal investigations involving potential accounting irregularities, regulatory compliance, and white collar criminal allegations.
