Biography
Andrew M. Kaufman represents clients across industries in a wide array of litigation matters in state and federal courts nationwide. His practice includes products liability, consumer fraud, securities, financial services, commercial real estate, and bankruptcy litigation.
Andrew is involved in all stages of litigation, from inception to trial. He has extensive experience drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs, preparing fact and expert witnesses for deposition and trial testimony, managing discovery in complex litigation, and managing evidentiary issues in both jury and bench trials.
Before joining Blank Rome, Andrew was an associate at a New York-based law firm. While in law school, he served as a research assistant for Professor Arthur R. Miller, the author of the leading treatise on federal civil procedure, and as an article editor for the Annual Survey of American Law, a student-edited journal at the New York University School of Law.
Outside the Firm
Andrew enjoys photography, cooking, weightlifting, and is a die-hard New York sports fan.
