Andrew Herman concentrates his practice on labor and employment litigation and counseling. Through proactive and strategic thinking, he provides clients with the guidance needed to successfully achieve business objectives while navigating legal challenges. Andrew has experience advising and representing clients in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including:
- Litigation, actions for injunctive relief, and disputes involving restrictive covenants and misappropriation of confidential information and trade secrets
- Litigation in federal and state courts and administrative agency proceedings involving discrimination, harassment, leave law, retaliation, and wage claims
- Traditional labor relations matters, including collective bargaining negotiations, representation cases, unfair labor practice cases, and injunctive proceedings regarding picketing
- Employment agreements, policies, and practices
