Ana Amodaj


Ana Amodaj concentrates her practice on broad transactional and advisory matters, with a primary focus on data privacy and blockchain technology regulation issues, including those involving the CCPA, GDPR, federal securities laws, and FinCen and BitLicense regulations. Ana is accredited by the International Association of Privacy Professionals ("IAPP") as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP-US).

Ana also handles a variety of complex corporate and financial disputes on behalf of partners, investors, multinational corporations, financial institutions, and publicly traded companies.

During law school, Ana served as the senior symposium editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal and provided free tax filing services to underprivileged and disabled individuals as part of the Berkeley Tax Law Clinic.
