Amber N. Morris

Biography

Amber N. Morris concentrates her practice on representing and counseling individual and corporate policyholders, including Fortune 500 companies, against global insurers in a wide range of high-stakes complex insurance coverage matters relating to professional liability, first-party property losses, third-party liability, and losses under specialized coverages.

Amber’s representation has included a wide range of clients such as those in health care, entertainment, professional sporting, retail, energy, and other commercial sectors.

Amber has notable experience drafting legal pleadings and a variety of pre-litigation correspondence as well as auditing clients’ current insurance programs and providing coverage analyses related to pending and potential future litigation. She has also published written work in several national law reviews and other legal publications.

Previously, Amber served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas G. Saylor at the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. During law school, Amber served as a comments editor at the Penn State Law Review.

Outside the Firm

In her free time, Amber enjoys mentoring law students, golfing, exploring local restaurants and cafés, walking her dog along the Schuylkill River, and attending Penn State football games.
