Amanda Lin

Biography

Amanda Lin focuses her practice on a wide range of corporate, M&A, and securities matters.

Amanda previously served as a summer associate at Blank Rome. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a legal intern for the New York Legal Assistance Group (“NYLAG”) Federal Pro Se Clinic at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

While in law school, Amanda served on the staff of the Fordham Urban Law Journal and as a legal research assistant to Professor Catherine Powell at Fordham University School of Law. Amanda was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, Murray Public Service Award, and the Public Interest Research Center’s Student Leadership Award.

Prior to attending law school, Amanda served as a litigation paralegal at a global law firm.
