Alexandra N. Wysocki

Biography

Alexandra Wysocki concentrates her practice on finance and restructuring matters, with a particular focus on asset-based and cash-flow lending, and other commercial lending transactions.

During law school, Alexandra served as a judicial intern to the Honorable M. Teresa Sarmina of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. She was also a lead editor for the Drexel Law Review, and a fellow for the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project.
