Alexander Berman focuses his practice on a broad array of litigation matters.
Alexander has represented clients at all stages of federal and state litigation including:
- complex corporate litigation
- Civil False Claims Act investigation and litigation
- grand jury investigations
- internal corporate investigations.
In connection with these matters, he has drafted pleadings, dispositive motions and motions in limine, and briefs at the trial and appellate level.
Prior to joining Blank Rome, Alexander served as a legal intern for the Civil Fraud Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and as a legal extern for the Civil Litigation at the Office of the Attorney General of the District of Columbia.
During law school, Alexander was a Legal Research and Writing Dean’s Fellow and a notes editor for The American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal.
