Alexa B. Lutchen

Biography

Alexa B. Lutchen concentrates her practice on matrimonial and family law matters.

In addition to handling family court disputes, Alexa has notable experience with pro bono matters, including winning a family law appeal in the NY Supreme Court Appellate Division – Second Department, representing a client in a Hague Convention custody case, and litigating an abuse and neglect trial. 

Alexa also has experience in various other practice areas, including breach of contract, consumer fraud, product liability, mass torts, professional liability, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty claims. 

Alexa previously served as a civil litigation associate at an international law firm following internships at Legal Aid’s Juvenile Rights Practice and the Office of the Legal Counsel at the New York City Department of Education. During law school, she won the Florence M. Kelley Family Law Prize in recognition of her work in the Advocacy for Children and Youth Clinic.
