Biography
Adam Haft concentrates his practice on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, business formation, and planning. He is also experienced in advising investment managers on the formation, structuring, and offering of private investment funds.
Adam’s experience spans a wide range of industries, including industrials, manufacturing, mental health counseling, and financial services.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam served as a corporate associate at a Philadelphia-based law firm, and an associate at two international New York-based law firms.
While in law school, Adam served as associate managing editor for the St. John’s Law Review.
