Marilyn Chinitz Presents Daughter Nicole Pozzi with the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation’s Woman of Distinction in Law Award
Blank Rome Partner Marilyn B. Chinitz presented her daughter, Nicole Pozzi, with the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation’s 2019 Woman of Distinction in Law Award at the 26th Annual Women of Distinction Awards Luncheon, held on April 29, in New York City. Marilyn is a board member of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, and was the first attorney to be honored with this award in 2017. She and her daughter actively raise awareness for the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation by making presentations, connecting people suffering from the disease with doctors, and hosting fundraising and awareness events.
The Women of Distinction Luncheon recognizes distinguished New York City women from various fields who are dedicated to the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation's mission and have made a difference in the lives of the 1.6 million Americans living with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation is a nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding the cures for Crohn's Disease and ulcerative colitis, and to improving the quality of life of children and adults affected by these inflammatory bowel diseases.
