Bickley, Partner, Blank Rome LLP: “Big data, the pandemic, remote work, the new reality of a hybrid workforce, creative technology, and fear of fraud all combined to cause employers increasingly to embrace the use of technology to monitor remote workers. I predict in 2023 we will see continued developments in the law to address when and how such remote monitoring may be legally employed.”
