Josef Mintz Elected to the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference Steering Committee

Mintz has been elected to the Steering Committee of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference (“EDPABC”) for the 2018-2019 term. In his role, Mr. Mintz will provide strategic direction and oversee the progress of EDPABC projects and programs.
EDPABC is a nonprofit organization that was formed to promote the education and interests of its members and the citizens of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania residing in the ten counties within the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Members include judges, lawyers, and other professionals who concentrate in the practice of Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights law in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. At Blank Rome, Mr. Mintz concentrates his practice on business bankruptcy, restructuring, and related litigation matters. He represents a diverse range of parties including creditors, debtors, trustees, and asset purchasers. In addition to his involvement in EDPABC, Mr. Mintz serves on the board of directors for the Philadelphia/Wilmington Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and is a barrister of the Delaware Bankruptcy Inns of Court.
