Jeffrey N. Rosenthal Participates in the Philadelphia Bar Association’s U.S. Supreme Court Group Admission Ceremony

Blank Rome Partner Jeffrey N. Rosenthal was admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States during a special group admission ceremony held on Monday, May 21, 2018, in Washington, D.C. The ceremony was organized by Mary F. Platt, chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association, who moved for the admission of 20 Philadelphia attorneys in open court before seven of the nine sitting Justices. 

At Blank Rome, Mr. Rosenthal concentrates his practice in high-stakes corporate and commercial litigation, having defended companies in multiple industries against claims involving class actions, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), consumer fraud, false advertising, business torts, IP, RICO Act, and securities.  Active with the Philadelphia Bar, Mr. Rosenthal has served on its Board of Governors and as Financial Secretary to the Executive Committee of its Young Lawyers Division.
