Schulman has been elected as a fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel (“ACCC”), an invitation-only organization dedicated to improving the quality of the practice of insurance law and to increasing civility and professionalism in the field.

Founded in 2012, the ACCC comprises senior attorneys who have devoted most of their practice to insurance disputes for 15 years or more and include many of the most prominent members of the insurance law. Its mission is to advance creative, ethical, and efficient resolution of insurance matters; foster civility and excellence in practice; provide peer-reviewed scholarship; and strengthen professional relationships across the industry. The organization also serves as a leading resource for education on emerging and critical issues in insurance law.
At Blank Rome, Jeffrey represents commercial and individual policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes, including matters involving broker liability, construction defects, product liability, directors and officers, multimedia, asbestos, sexual abuse, and first-party claims. He also handles significant business litigation and contract disputes, representing clients across industries such as manufacturing, retail, entertainment, hospitality, construction, real estate, and private equity. Jeffrey has tried numerous jury and bench cases to verdict, argued successfully in state and federal appellate courts, and frequently resolves disputes through mediation and arbitration.
