Investment Management and Private Fund Formation Attorneys Jodi L. Lashin and Stacy H. Louizos Join Blank Rome
Hedge Fund Law Report interviewed Jodi L. Lashin and Stacy H. Louizos on their recent move to Blank Rome as partners in the Corporate, M&A, and Securities practice group, notably expanding and enhancing the Firm’s Investment Management group. Hedge Fund further reports on their respective professional backgrounds, with Jodi joining from Reed Smith and advising private fund clients on fund formation and other investment management matters, and Stacy joining from Drinker Biddle & Reath and counseling registered investment companies and their independent directors and investment advisers.
