Heather Sonnenberg Inducted as 2019 Fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Heather Sonnenberg was inducted as a Fellow to the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers on March 30, 2019, in Vancouver, Canada. The induction ceremony was held in conjunction with the College’s 2019 Annual Meeting & Dinner and recognized the 2019 Class of Fellows for their “outstanding achievements and advances in the field of commercial finance law.” In receiving this honor, Heather joins Blank Rome attorneys Lawrence F. Flick, Harvey I. Forman, and Stephen T. Whelan, who are also members of the College.

At Blank Rome, Heather concentrates her practice in commercial finance, with a particular focus on asset-based and cash-flow financing for various industry sectors, including manufacturing, healthcare, and other service industries. She serves a wide range of clients, including banks, commercial finance companies, mezzanine lenders, and other institutional lenders, along with private equity firms, hedge funds, and publicly and privately held corporations. Heather was recently recognized in The Secured Lender’s 2019 Women in Commercial Finance issue, which profiled 50 women who are “making their mark” on the commercial finance industry. In 2016, she was named a winner of the Commercial Finance Association’s 40 Under 40 Awards.
