Growing as Leaders: Interview with Leadership Development Committee Chair David Perry
Leadership is a word that Leadership Development Committee Chair David Perry (Blank Rome, LLP, USA) knows well. As a partner and practice group co-leader at his law firm and as a volunteer at INTA, he thinks often about what makes an effective leader and how that can be translated to others. It’s been especially top of mind as the Committee’s Project Teams make their final preparations for the leadership development sessions at INTA’s 2021 Leadership Meeting, which takes place from May 3 to 7.
In the first of a two-part interview with the INTA Bulletin, Mr. Perry discusses how the leadership development sessions will build on the Meeting’s theme of resilience, growth, and the future, as well as how attendees can enhance their leadership skills and bring back learnings to their organizations.
