NBL Top 40

Blank Rome Associate D’Juan A. Neal has been named to the National Black Lawyers’ 2019 class of Top 40 Under 40, an invitation-only network of African American attorneys from each state who are rising stars in their respective areas of law. D’Juan joins this year’s Top 40 Under 40 along with matrimonial associate Malissa A. Osei, who was accepted to the class last month.

In order to be selected to the Top 40 Under 40, candidates must be nominated by current members of the National Black Lawyers and evaluated on various factors, including notable achievements, settlements, and verdicts as a lawyer; leadership and membership in other national and state specialty lawyer organizations; and rankings and ratings by leading national evaluation organizations.

The National Black Lawyers was created to celebrate legal excellence by promoting attorneys as subject-matter experts, developing a strong national network of top African American attorneys, and facilitating the exchange of timely information to enable members to maintain their status as leaders.
