Blank Rome’s Peter Tsoflias Welcomed to the Association for Corporate Growth University

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Associate Peter I. Tsoflias has been welcomed to the Association for Corporate Growth (“ACG”) University Class of 2018.

ACG University is an exclusive, in-depth deal education and networking program that enrolls 40 up-and-coming M&A dealmakers who possess an average of three to five years of deal experience. Members span the dealmaking spectrum to include strategic and financial buyers, investment bankers and commercial lenders, as well as accountants and attorneys. The in-depth program is designed to teach a broad range of essential dealmaking skills and strategies; create cohorts to facilitate long-term deal networks among future M&A leaders; and offer access to all the resources of ACG and the broader deal community in Philadelphia. At Blank Rome, Mr. Tsoflias is dedicated to representing and advising business entity clients—from small startup companies to larger private equity and venture capital funds—in connection with day to day corporate and commercial affairs and major transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint venture formations, and project financings. He also assists companies in dealing with state and federal regulatory compliance issues, real estate ventures, and creditor’s rights concerns. Mr. Tsoflias is a volunteer attorney with Delaware Volunteer Legal Services, Inc. He founded the Transactional Law Honor Society at Delaware Law School, where in 2015, The Peter I. Tsoflias Award for Most Outstanding Member of the Transactional Law Honor Society was named in his honor.
