Blank Rome Welcomes Two Real Estate Associates in Philadelphia

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Brian P. O’Neil and Leena S. Ketkar have joined the Firm’s Philadelphia office as associates in the Real Estate group, which recently welcomed Partner Stephen D. Brodie and Of Counsel Maureen O’Conner in New York.

Mr. O’Neil joins the Firm from Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP. He concentrates his practice on commercial real estate transactions, where he counsels a large range of clients, including private equity firms, developers, and landlords, in connection with the purchase and financing, sale, and leasing of commercial real estate properties. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mr. O’Neil earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law and his B.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University Maryland.

Ms. Ketkar comes to Blank Rome from Stradley, Ronon, Stevens & Young, LLP. She concentrates her practice on general real estate matters. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Ms. Ketkar earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she served as a senior topics editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. She received her B.A. in Political Science and English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh.
