Blank Rome Welcomes Two New Finance Associates

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Joshua A. Bachrach and Zachary F. Levin have joined the Firm as associates in the Finance, Restructuring and Bankruptcy group, which welcomed Partner Martin D. Teckler in Washington, D.C., and added Associates Kimberly Timko and Samir Ahuja in New York, earlier this year.

Mr. Bachrach is based in the Firm’s Los Angeles office and concentrates his practice in the areas of finance, business restructuring, and bankruptcy matters. He represents financial institutions and borrowers in domestic and international lending transactions. He also has experience advising financial institutions on securities and bank regulatory issues in connection with cross-border transactions and compliance. Admitted to practice in California, the District of Columbia, and Maryland, Mr. Bachrach earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was an executive editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. He received his B.A. in Philosophy and graduated as valedictorian from Loyola Marymount University.

Mr. Levin is based in the Firm’s New York office and focuses his practice on finance, where he represents borrowers and financial institutions in domestic and international lending transactions. His previous experience also includes handling energy and technology matters, as well as counseling emerging and later-stage companies on venture capital, private equity, and general corporate matters. Admitted to practice in New York, Mr. Levin earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was a staff editor of the Environmental Law Journal. He received his B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
