Blank Rome Welcomes Two Labor & Employment Associates in Philadelphia
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Andrew I. Herman and Mariette J. Mooyman have joined the firm’s Labor & Employment group as associates in the Philadelphia office.
Andrew joins the firm from Curley, Hurtgen & Johnsrud LLP. He represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment issues, including restrictive covenant and misappropriation disputes; discrimination, harassment, and retaliation litigation and administrative agency proceedings; human resources and personnel matters; employment agreements and policies; legal compliance; wage and hour compliance and lawsuits; and traditional labor relations matters. Andrew is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. He earned his J.D. from the New York University School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, in Political Science from Tulane University.
Mariette joins Blank Rome after serving as in-house counsel for a leading single-source supplier of industrial, medical, and specialty gases, welding equipment and supplies, and safety products as well as a global health service company with integrated health system. She concentrates her practice on employment litigation and labor and employment matters, working with companies to promote a positive, ethical, and legally compliant workplace. Mariette is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law and her B.A. in Economics from Rutgers College, Rutgers University.
