Blank Rome Welcomes Senior Real Estate Attorney in New York
Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Yan K. Laurency has joined the firm’s Real Estate group as a senior attorney in the New York office, which recently welcomed white collar defense partner Jennifer L. Achilles and trust & estates associate Luke Philip Walter.
Yan joins the firm from Goldberg Weprin Finkel Goldstein LLP and concentrates his real estate practice on complex office, retail, and industrial leasing matters. With over 12 years of experience practicing real estate leasing law, Yan has a significant background in representing and advising prominent landlords and tenants in both New York and national transactions, including complex office and retail lease transactions. He also provides counseling and strategic guidance on deal structures and legal and business issues.
Admitted to practice in New York, Yan received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.S. in Criminal Justice, magna cum laude, from CUNY John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
